White chocolate fudge

ingredients preparation
  • 750g
    caster sugar
  • 250g
    glucose
  • 375g
    Double Cream
  • 65g
    butter
  • 375g
    CHW-Q27SA

Bring the sugar, glucose and cream to the boil and cook to 118°C.
Take the sugar off the heat and stir in the chocolate and butter.
Pour into a four sided tray lined with silicon paper and allow to cool.
 

Dark chocolate fudge
