  1. Whisk together the oil, sugar and milk
  2. Add in the eggs and vanilla
  3. Fold in the sour cream
  4. Sift the dry ingredients together
  5. Whisk in dry ingredients just until combined
  6. Fold in chocolate inclusions
  7. Scoop batter into muffin mold
  8. Bake at 350*F for 15-20 minutes until done
  9. Allow to cool and dip bottom 1/2 in Van Leer Milk Shine
