- Whisk together the oil, sugar and milk
- Add in the eggs and vanilla
- Fold in the sour cream
- Sift the dry ingredients together
- Whisk in dry ingredients just until combined
- Fold in chocolate inclusions
- Scoop batter into muffin mold
- Bake at 350*F for 15-20 minutes until done
- Allow to cool and dip bottom 1/2 in Van Leer Milk Shine
