  • 50ml
    hot water (70°-85°)
  • 100ml
    beetroot juice
  • 1piece(s)
    chili pepper
  • 1/2piece(s)
    lime juice
  • 20-30ml
    Raspberries for puree

1. Mix the Van Houten ruby Chocolate Drink Powder with the boiling water.
2. Add the beetroot juice, chili pepper, lime, and ice cubes. Blend.
3. Add the raspberry syrup.
4. Decorate with a slice of lime and a chili pepper
