Milk Ecuador and Banana
Combine bananas and almond paste well with the first quantity of sugar. Add egg yolk, eggs and melted butter. Beat egg whites with the second quantity of sugar and combine with almond sugar mixture. Add sieved cocoa powder and flour and combine. Fold in chopped Milk Ecuador. Fill three silicone moulds to about half with batter, place one banana on top and fill with remaining batter.
Bake at 180°C for approx. 40 minutes.
Recipe for 3 cakes.
