ingredients preparation
  • 500g
    biscuit
  • 140g
    dairy butter
  • 245g
    CHW-TA-200OPAL
  • 0,8g
    fine salt

Mix the butter with the texture of a paste with Opal White chocolate already melted and the salt.
Add the biscuit already crumbled and mix it.
Put  35g of the mix in each 6.5cm ring getting a tartlet shape.
Store in the freezer.
