Senior Director of Sales, Central Region US
Chadwick Larsen has been part of the confectionery industry for the past 19 years in which 13 years of the years with Barry Callebaut. His current role is Sr. Director of Sales for the Central Region. Chadwick has participated in many local trade events throughout the years, from AACT, Sweet and Snacks, and IFT. Chadwick has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Dairy Manufacturing from South Dakota State University. He started his career 24 years ago as a Food Scientist for 2 years prior to moving into a sales function. Chadwick currently resides in the western suburbs of Chicago with his wife and 3 children. He enjoys spending time with family, the outdoors, gardening, running and toy collecting.
Director, Barry Callebaut Brand
Laura Bergan, has more than 17 years of marketing experience in both the food and confectionery industries. In her current role, she is responsible for driving innovation and leading marketing initiatives that will provide solutions to our customers that fit consumer need-states. Throughout her time at Barry Callebaut, she has led the marketing team for the industrial business unit and most recently was the Director of Innovation and Specialties Marketing for Barry Callebaut, where she built marketing initiatives around value added product solutions. She has substantial experience in leading dedicated cross-functional teams who are responsible for product launches, marketing plans and trade strategy. Laura’s experience ranges from food retailer to consumer packaged goods brand marketing to now food ingredient marketing.
Associate Brand Manager, Barry Callebaut
Sophia is part of the North American Barry Callebaut brand team. She first joined BC on the company’s graduate trainee program and has since worked in various marketing and business development roles in both the EMEA and Americas regions. Leading up to BC, she earned her Master’s degree in Marketing with a concentration in consumer behavior from The University of Manchester, UK. Previously a D1 student-athlete, she has a keen interest in healthy lifestyles and nutrition, which she utilizes to manage the wholesome choice portfolio at Barry Callebaut.
