On low speed, paddle pastry flour with butter and vanilla Add in granulated pistachios just till combined at the end Scoop and bake cookies at 325*F for about 8-12 minutes depending on size

30g Confectionery sugar 30g Nut Flours - Pistachio Flour - 5# carton	Sift together pistachio flour and confection sugar. While the cookies are still warm, dust with flour/sugar mixture.
