226g Butter, Softened 200g Sugar, Granulated 57g Egg 227g Nut Pastes - Almond Paste - 45# pail 4g Vanilla 270g All purpose Flour 4g Baking powder 5g Sůl 1g Ground Ginger 2g orange zest 20g orange juice 77g Chopped Apricot	Preheat oven to 350 Cream butter and sugar together Add in Almond paste and continue to beat until smooth Add in egg, vanilla, orange juice, and zest; beat well Mix in dry ingredients on low until combined Chill dough While dough is chilling, make the filling

75g Cream cheese 16g All purpose Flour 18g Egg yolk 2g Vanilla 1g salt 200g FWX-BC-A092901	Cream together almond schmear and cream cheese Add in egg yolk and vanilla until combined Add dry ingredients. Mix and set aside.

Scoop cookie dough, press down and make a thumb indentation in the center of the cookie
Brush cookie dough with egg white; roll into sliced almonds
Fill cookie center with the filling
Bake for 14-16 minutes ; turn half way through
