For the Mango Banana Smoothie

  1. Combine everything in a blender, mix until smooth.

For the Chia

    chia seeds
  • 218g
    almond milk
  1. Whisk together well and allow to set overnight.

For the Almond Yogurt

    greek yoghurt
  • 5g
    honey
  1. Mix together until smooth.

For the Almond Butter Granola

Ingredients Preparation
  • 110g
    honey
  • 5g
    vanilla paste
  • 230g
  • 2g
  1. Once components are made, layer in a glass with yogurt first followed by the chia mixture and topped with the banana mango smoothie.
  2. Garnish with fresh mango tossed in puree, granola and fresh fruit.
