Method 1 Bring to the boil the cream adding the chocolate off the heat, - mix well 2 Add the cocoa powder – mix until smooth 3 Whisk in the yolks & the corn flour- return to the heat and cook out for 1 min 4 Form a soft meringue with the whites & sugar 5 Transfer the chocolate mix to a mixing bowl and temper 1/3 rd of the meringue into the mix then fold in the rest 6 Pour into greased ramekins level of & thumb swipe 7 Bake at 200 c until risen |
