HAZELNUT BAKING PASTE – NUSSFIX – PAIL 12.5KG

A pure hazelnut paste with 96.5% nut content and no added sugar. Ready-to-use, bake-stable, can be flavored and freeze-stable with a working temperature of 20-24°C. Water-free formula and made from the finest carefully selected hazelnuts, with non-hydrogenated fats. Recommended dosage: 6-10% (60-100g per kg of mixture). Ideal for flavoring couvertures, glazes, ganache, creams, fillings, glacés, dough, and buttercream.
