This ready-to-use apricot glaze contains 11.5% fruit content and is ideal for creating a protective layer between sponge mixtures or puff pastry and fondant glazes. It ensures a perfect shine on the finished product. Heat gently and apply with a brush. It can also be used in combination with fondant or as a base glaze for cookies.
