Chocolate & Cocoa 101 Course
Our two-day introductory course includes a hands-on experience in our Chocolate Academy, where you will learn about tempering, baking and creating confections.
This course will provide you with a foundational education in chocolate and cocoa, including:

- Cocoa & Chocolate Manufacturing
- Standard of Identity
- Best Practices for Various Applications
Our one-and-a-half day cocoa course, hosted by our R&D team, includes a hands-on session in our R&D lab, a private tasting and a tour of our factory.
This course will provide you with a foundational education in cocoa and related applications, including an overview of:
- Cocoa Origins
- Cocoa Manufacturing
- Cocoa Functionality in Various Applications
Our seminar offers an extensive hands-on experience in our Chocolate Academy, complete with demonstrations using common industry equipment.

- Exploring Viscosity
