BLACK FOREST

With Choc-o-Laté, black forest syrup and dark chocolate shavings. Discover an indulgent chocolate drink that is sure to activate your taste buds and fill your customers with warmth.
INGREDIENTS | PREPARATION |
100 g VH Choc-o-late | STEP 1 Place milk and Choc-o-late in a jug and steam to 70°c |
10 g Monin Black Forest syrup | STEP 2 Pour over the black forest syrup and stir |
100 g Milka | STEP 3 Decorate with dark chocolate shavings for real chocolate indulgence. |

INGREDIENTS
100 g Van Houten Choc-o-laté
100 g Milk
60 g Mango puree
Place all ingredients into a Vitamix and blend for 20 seconds and decorate with mango pieces.
