    Granos de café tipo Mocha de Etiopía rotos en pedazos

Colocar en un contenedor o bolsa al vacío con

Sellar y colocar en la estufa a unos 40ºC durante al menos 24 horas. Filtrar la cobertura perfumada.

  • 200g
    NIK-SE-PEZC

Pre-cristalizar la cobertura perfumada e incorporar

  • MLD-090500

Verter en los moldes de tableta. Una vez cristalizado, desmoldar y reservar.
