In a food processor, blend the avocado flesh until smooth |

Add the soya milk and the maple syrup and blend Stir in the melted chocolate cashew mixture Divide the mixture between four ramekins or small cups and chill

Decorate with chopped cashews and drizzle with maple syrup |
