HAZELNUT CHOUX PASTRY

Pipe the choux pastry mixture onto baking trays using star-tipped piping bag and spread the Praliné Grains and the sugars evenly over the top |
Bake at 180°C until the pastry rises and finish the bake at 160°C. |
