Fruity/Spicy Smoothie

This all-round recipe is a great kick-starter for breakfast, combining exotic fruit juice rich in vitamins with a healthy dose of polyphenols from pure, dark chocolate. It's very quick easy to prepare - ready in under a minute. And hell no, we won't stop you if you want to have it for lunch, break or as a virgin cocktail before dinner too...

Fruity/spicy smoothie

Ingredients Preparation
  • 38g

Melt gently together with a small volume of orange or mango juice to your taste. Leave to cool, then add to blender. 

  • Q.S.
    Tabasco® Pepper Sauce
  • 2/3
    orange juice
  • 1/3
    mango juice

Mix together and add.

  • Q.S.
    ice cubes

Add, mix well and serve.
