Cuban kiss

Here’s a chocolate drink that’s so deliciously thick you need a spoon to finish it. Combining a couple of powerful flavours - intense dark chocolate, Italian espresso and a splash of rum - this recipe really packs a punch and will definitely put a Cuban spring in your step. The Mini ChocRocks™ on top form a delightful contrast with the smooth sabayon-like texture of the drink itself, making the whole into a revitalising, multi-textured taste experience.

Cuban kiss

  • 1/2egg shell
    espresso coffee
  • 1/2egg shell
    rum
  • 1piece(s)
    egg yolks
  • 1/2egg shell
    sugar

Just like prepapring a sabayon, use half an egg shell to dose your ingredients. Mix all ingredients (1 dose per person) in a cooking pot according to the desired number of people. Whisk to blend. Continue whisking the blend over a fire until it becomes firm and foamy.
