Ingredients Preparation

    Fine Hazelnut Praline
  • 300g
    butter
  • 50g
    icing sugar
  • 200g
    pastry cream

Prepare a butter cream with Hazelnut Praliné, butter, icing sugar, and pastry cream.

Pipe the butter cream on shortbread biscuits. Decorate them with raspberries and pieces of sponge cake.
