Orange hot chocolate

ingredients preparation
  • 1000g
    3.6% full cream milk
  • 20g
    orange peel slices

Mix and leave to infuse overnight.
Heat, simmer and strain.

    70-30-38NV

Pour previous mixture over the chocolate.
Emulsify with immersion blender.

Strain and serve warm.
