When it comes to textures of fat-based confectionery fillings, the key ingredients to master are fats. Thanks to our internal expertise, we developed a range with 4 different textures:
- Firm, Traditional Fillings: softer than chocolate around them, these fillings are the easiest to work with. Choose them to add an extra flavor to your creation;
- Fast-melting Fillings: also known as truffle fillings, they bring extra indulgence as they melt faster than the surrounding chocolate, and have a boosted flavor release.
- Soft & creamy Fillings: creamy as a spread, they have a rich, creamy mouthfeel which, contrasting with the chocolate texture, brings luscious experiences alive.
- Aeratable Fillings: with a fluffy texture similar to a foam, as you would be eating cloud.
