To keep our cocoa powders in excellent condition, we have developed smart packaging solutions that grant our powders a 24-month shelf life. But even when it comes to packaging, we want to cater to your specific needs. Our cocoa powders are available in convenient 1 kg, 5 kg, 25 kg and 50 lb bags or big bag packaging with capacities ranging from 500 to 1,000 kg. Do your operations require packaging with other dimensions? No problem. Together with you, we will evaluate your production requirements and deliver your cocoa powder in volumes fit to your needs.

Produced with no chemical intervention and no addition of additives. 100% free from alkali, dairy, lactose and allergen. 100% Vegan. This unique natural cocoa powder delivers a premium dark brown color combined with a delicious mild cocoa flavor with toasted nuts aroma and a hint of dried fruits.

  • Organic Dark Chocolate Powder

    100% Organic, fully traceable dark chocolate powder.

    This high fat (32%) cocoa powder enables you to make a ‘Dark Chocolate’ claim and show real pieces of chocolate on the consumer packaging. 

    It contains only 2% of sugar: Three times less powder needed versus chocolate for an equivalent cocoa content delivering both a sugar and cost reduction. 

    Application: Thanks to its powder texture, it is particularly suited to drinks’ applications, and ideal for dairy-free desserts, mousses, ice creams with organic positioning.

    Crunchy inclusions with a light, aerated texture and a delicious dark chocolate flavor. They show an excellent behavior at high temperature (up to 200 °C) where chocolate drops can't go!

  • Defatted Cocoa Powder

    Low fat cocoa powder with less than 1% cocoa butter. It is ideal for low calorie applications and aerated bakery recipes such as macarons and meringues. Thanks to the very low cocoa butter content the risk of fat blooming is reduced in coatings and spreads. Classic balance cocoa and dark chocolate flavour with a brown colour.
