    whole eggs

    vanilla extract

    bread flour

    Kosher salt

  • 150g
    Pecans
  1. Cream the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a mixer with the paddle.
  2. Sift the dry ingredients and add to above mixture with the dough hook.
  3. Add the pecans and caramel cups to the dough.
  4. Portion the dough into desired size and bake at 320 F for 12-15 minutes.
