Milk Chocolate & Pear Tea Elixir

ingredients preparation
  • 670g
    milk
  • 500g
    pear pulp

Boil

  • 5g
    Sumatra pepper powder

Add the Sumatra pepper powder

  • 30g
    cornflour
  • 60g
    water

Dilute kuzu with water and add it to the liquid by stirring

Bring to a light boil.

  • 125g
    CHM-O38LSUP

Strain on top of milk chocolate

  • 1pinch
    salt

Add a pinch of salt and with a hand blender emulsify the chocolate drink

Serve immediately or warm a little more if desired.
