Milk Chocolate & Pear Tea Elixir

Boil |
|
Add the Sumatra pepper powder |
|
Dilute kuzu with water and add it to the liquid by stirring |
Bring to a light boil. |

Strain on top of milk chocolate |
|
Add a pinch of salt and with a hand blender emulsify the chocolate drink |
Serve immediately or warm a little more if desired. |
