    granulated almonds

    brown sugar

    whole eggs

    vanilla extract
  • 360g
    AP flour
  • 4g
    Baking powder
  • 6g
    baking soda
  • 5g
    Coarse Kosher Salt
  • 45g
    rolled oats
  • 60g
    Macadamia Nuts
  • 205g
    BC White Chocolate Chunks
  1. Cream the butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla with the paddle attachment.
  2. Combine the oats with the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt then add to the butter mixture using the dough hook.
  3. Combine the nuts and chocolates then add to the base dough.
  4. Portion the dough to the desired size and bake at 325 F for 15-18 minutes.
