Almond Ice Cream

Spruce up your standard ice cream with a nutty almond touch!

Almond Butter Crunch

Ingredients Preparation
  • 13ounce
    Full fat coconut milk
  • 2cup(s)
    Unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4cup(s)
    Agave
  • 2tablespoon(s)
    corn starch
  • 1/4cup(s)
    Coconut palm sugar
  • 1teaspoon(s)
    Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2teaspoon(s)
    fine sea salt
  1.  Combine all of the ingredients except for the vanilla extract.
  2.  Mix well in a blender (this will help to aerate the mixture).
  3. Place mix in a saucepan and cook on medium heat for a few minutes.
  4. The mixture should quickly thicken.
  5. Add vanilla extract and place in refrigerator overnight before placing in an ice cream maker.
  6. After the mix has cooled, add to ice cream maker.
  7. Spoon in some of the dessert and alternate between layering swirl and dessert.

Almond Butter Crunchy Variegate (Swirl)

Ingredients Preparation
  1. To taste, add granulated American Almond almond pieces to the almond butter variegate.
  2. Mix completely then 'paint' the inside of your container with some of the crunch almond butter variegate.
