Made of intense Callebaut® dark chocolate, they're simply too good to leave untouched. They have an intense chocolate taste that's rich in cocoa, a very pleasant crunch and an incredible gloss.
The gloss is obtained 100% naturally (without the addition of shining agents) through labour-intensive panning. Generously poured on a slice of bread or fabulously sprinkled on top of a wonderful dessert, these Vermicelli will definitely enhance the taste sensation. But there's even more you can do with them of course. They're indispensable when rolling truffles and brigadeiros. They're exciting on ice creams and drinks. And they're absolutely awesome on pastries.

With Callebaut®'s Chocolate Flakes Milk – Small, you can top off your creations with shimmering, crunchy bits of chocolate that highlight the artisan nature of your creations and create subtle enticement in the counter. These Chocolate Flakes are made of pure milk chocolate and craftily polished in a fully natural way – without the use of any shining agents.
They have an irregular semi-rectangular shape and measure between 1.5 and 2.7 mm.
Sprinkle them on top of your freshly dipped pralines, or decorate your pastries and desserts with these glowing bits of chocolate.
