Meet Jake Alsip
Jake Alsip is Vice President of Non-Cocoa Sourcing for the Americas at Barry Callebaut.
In this role, he leads a high-performing team spanning North and South America, overseeing the sourcing of all non-cocoa ingredients critical to Barry Callebaut’s global supply chain.
He has more than nine years of progressive leadership experience within the company across sourcing and planning. Before joining Barry Callebaut, he built his foundation in North America operations at Kimberly-Clark Corporation.
Jake holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University.
Meet Willem Zimmerman
Willem Zimmerman is Vice President of Global Sourcing and Trading at Barry Callebaut.
As Vice President, he leverages his extensive expertise in market dynamics, risk management, and customer engagement to strengthen Barry Callebaut's role as the trusted advisor of the cocoa and chocolate industry.
Prior to Barry Callebaut, Willem built a successful career at Cargill and ED&F MAN in international commodity trading, developing a broad understanding of both the physical and financial markets that underpin soft commodities.
A Dutch national, Willem holds a Masters in Technical Engineering and Business Administration from the University of Groningen.
