The PMCA Education and Learning Committee will present the "Using Compound: Composition, Production and Applications Short Course," which they developed with confectionery manufacturers and suppliers in mind. The course will be conducted by well-qualified facilitators and will provide both theoretical and hands-on training. The schedule is meant to give you the opportunity for economical and practical training, which will help you become more well-versed in confectionery production. Both employees of confectionery manufacturers and suppliers are encouraged to sign-up for this educational experience.
