Our Chocolate Education & Hands-On Course will provide you with a foundational education in chocolate and cocoa, including: cultivation, harvesting, manufacturing, standard of identity and best practices for various applications.
The course also includes a deep dive into working with cocoa powders and different chocolates in application and hands on sessions with our team of chefs in our BC Studio and Chocolate Academy
