13ounce Full fat coconut milk2cup(s) Unsweetened coconut milk
2tablespoon(s) corn starch1/4cup(s) Coconut palm sugar1teaspoon(s) Vanilla Extract1/2teaspoon(s) fine sea salt

	 Combine all of the ingredients except for the vanilla extract. Mix well in a blender (this will help to aerate the mixture).Place mix in a saucepan and cook on medium heat for a few minutes.The mixture should quickly thicken.Add vanilla extract and place in refrigerator overnight before placing in an ice cream maker.After the mix has cooled, add to ice cream maker.Spoon in some of the dessert and alternate between layering swirl and dessert. |
