Chocolate Fruit & Nut Sorbet

ingredients preparation
  • 400ml
    coconut milk
  • 1spoon(s)
    caster sugar
  • 2spoon(s)
    cocoa powder
  • orange zest


Heat the coconut milk with the sugar, orange zest and cocoa, stirring until the sugar has dissolved

Pour the hot coconut milk over the callets to melt

    dried cranberries
  • 50g
    candied orange peel (cut in ± 1 cm strips)

    amaretti biscuits, crushed

Stir in the dried fruit, crushed biscuits and nuts until evenly distributed

Spoon into an airtight container and freeze 

Remove from the freezer 5 minutes before serving from an easy scoop

Serve with fresh raspberries and chopped nuts
