Cinnamon spiced apple cake with white chocolate and Gold ganache

Apple cake
Ingredients | Preparation |

Put in a bowl. |

Add in. Mix well then put into a 1kg loaf tin lined with a collar |
Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for approximately 35-40 minutes. When it’s cooked it will be springy to touch and if tested with a knife will not be sticky. |
Gold ganache
Ingredients | Preparation |

Melt |
|
Warm |
Mix together and whisk lightly until smooth |
|
|
Leave to cool before spreading onto the apple cake. Sprinkle with white chocolate chips and leave to set before cutting |
