Cinnamon spiced apple cake with white chocolate and Gold ganache

Ingredients	Preparation
100g Soft dark brown sugar 100g whole wheat flour 10g Baking powder 3g cinnamon powder 15g raisins	Put in a bowl.
200g Granny Smith apple(s) 2g eggs 110g vegetable oil 70g white chocolate chips 15g raisins	Add in. Mix well then put into a 1kg loaf tin lined with a collar
Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for approximately 35-40 minutes. When it’s cooked it will be springy to touch and if tested with a knife will not be sticky.

175g CHK-R30GOLD	Melt
75g double cream (48%)	Warm
Mix together and whisk lightly until smooth
white chocolate chips	Leave to cool before spreading onto the apple cake. Sprinkle with white chocolate chips and leave to set before cutting
