30g 811NV 50ml cream 30ml brandy 30ml crème de cacao liqueur crushed ice	Pour into a martini shaker. Add crushed ice and the chocolate mixture then shake.
Strain into chilled martini glasses. Add finely grated chocolate to decorate.
