Our chocolate decorations are available in various shapes, types and sizes, so you'll always have a perfect addition to your bakes and pastries, confectionery, or ice cream and desserts.

Are our favorite ways to personalize any sweet creation, such as chocolate cakes, indulgent desserts and sweet pastries. That's why we design everything ourselves and use the best paints for our chocolate decorations and that's why we support the Cocoa Horizons Foundation with our chocolate. Our team of in-house designers creates a new range of chocolate decorations multiple times per year. This means that we always have a chocolate decoration for every occasion, trend and season! 

Purely chocolate

We love chocolate in all shapes, sizes and prints, as well as on its own. Next to an ever-increasing selection of chocolate decorations with prints made from natural origin, we have also debuted a new range of Chocolate Originals chocolate decorations. These unique chocolate decorations are made from nothing but chocolate, without use of paints or colorants. The Chocolate Originals are really unique in design and finish!

Dark & White Chocolate Serpentines
100% Chocolate Dark & White Chocolate Serpentines (W: 22mm) add a classic touch to your desserts. They come in different sizes and twirls and therefore give any cake a hand crafted look.

With Callebaut®'s Hazelnut Bresilienne, you have a lovely crunchy and tasty texture at your fingertips to give your pairings a little extra. Simply sprinkle on wet chocolate before hardening to create wonderfully crispy nut covered chocolates.
Mixed with chocolate, gianduja, ganache or caramel, Hazelnut Bresilienne will keep its crunch. It can even be used as an inclusion or sprinkled on dough and then baked in the oven.
Our chefs recommend not to mix it with cream or liquid-based preparations since it may turn soggy after a while. And when sprinkled 'à la minute' on desserts, pastries and drinks, bresilienne will give them a wonderfully delightful crunch.
Hazelnut Bresilienne is vacuum-packed in a protective foil to preserve all its fresh taste.

Pistachio Bresilienne is a wonderfully crunchy texture made from medium roasted and chopped pistachios, which are caramelised into a golden, tasty, crispy delight. Simply sprinkle on wet chocolate before hardening to create wonderfully crispy nut covered chocolates.
Mixed into tempered chocolate, gianduja or hazelnut paste, Pistachio Bresilienne remains crunchy and adds a nice bite to confectionery or dessert textures. You can also sprinkle the bresilienne on top of desserts and pastries. When mixed into cream-based or moisture-based dessert components - such as chocolate mousse, crèmes, sauces – only apply it just before serving to keep the bresilienne from turning soggy.
Pistachio Bresilienne is vacuum-packed in a protective foil to preserve all its fresh taste.

Inspired by the marbled stones from the Jura mountains, these square chocolate thins are great to finish your desserts and pastries with a personal touch. With their sharp looks and contrasting marbled chocolate patterns, they stand out on any cake or dessert. All identical in shape and size, no two Jura squares are the same. The marbled design is slightly different on each plate, enhancing the artisan character of this decoration. And the taste? After the lovely snap at first bite, they quickly melt in the mouth and spoil the taste buds with a mix of Belgian dark and white chocolate.

100% white chocolate.
A la Carte Cups White are made of 100% Callebaut® white chocolate. These round crenated cups look great on any dessert display. Their wide opening allows for easy filling and decoration. They're great for the creative presentation of small pastries, desserts and petits fours.
