Gli S'more sono uno snack molto amato a Chicago e ho deciso di stravolgerlo utilizzando un waffle invece del solito biscotto a base di pasta sablé. La decorazione conferisce un senso di lusso ed eleganza

Come si crea
  • Preparare waffle sottili e croccanti (ø 10 cm di diametro circa)
  • Inserire un marshmallow tra un waffle tagliato a metà.
  • Immergere un lato del waffle in del cioccolato temperato a scelta e poi cospargere con Blossom al cioccolato bianco e caramel spolverizzati con polvere metallica color Creative Gold. Per aggiungere dimensione al gusto e alla consistenza, spolverizzare con Marzipan Crunch color oro.
  • Per completare il tutto, aggiungere un macaron rivestito di cioccolato e una matita al cioccolato bianco spezzata.

With their delicately thin shape, Blossoms melt easily, creating a very pleasant mouthfeel. Just sprinkle them generously on top of shakes, ice cream, donuts, cupcakes and pastries to enrich them with a beautiful chocolate touch. Approximate size L: 9, W: 5mm.
