    Whole milk
  • 93g
    W2NV
  • 61g
    zucchero semolato
Mescolare gli ingredienti insieme e riscaldare a 70°C. Togliere il composto dal fuoco.
  • 810g
    Crema al 35%.
Aggiungere, portare a 4°C e sbattere con lo sbattitore elettrico.
