Ruby cheese cake

    Philadelphia type cream cheese
  • 9piece(s)
    eggs
  • 10g
    Corn flour
  • 90g
    yoghurt
  • 375g
    caster sugar
  • 600g
    RB1
  1. Mix sugar and cheese in slow speed.
  2. Add the eggs.
  3. Mix corn flour with yoghurt and add to the mix. Blend well.
  4. Make two parts of the cheese cake mix and to one part add the melted Callebaut Ruby chocolate.
  5. In the desired mould fill the it with half cheese cake mix and pipe Ruby cheese cake mix in the centre and bake it at 140 deg C for 35 -40 minutes in  a double boiler.
