Hazelnut praline and caramel cups

Cups are a great idea to present your pralines in a different way and play with variation. This praline cup has two compatible fillings, featuring hazelnut praline and caramel. Speculoos - or Belgian five spice cookies - add a delightful twist.

Hazelnut praline and caramel cups

Ingredients Preparation
  • 200g
    Hazelnut Praline
  • 90g
    823
  • 80g
    speculoos

Mix and pipe immediately into chocolate cups.

  • 200g
    Crème a La Carte Basic
  • 70g
    Caramel Callets™

Mix together. Fill the rest of the cups with this crème. Use toothed nozzle.

Pipe into moulded praline shells, leave to cool and then close.
