Chocolate Pizza

Our trio of Chocolate Pizzas is an indulgent twist on a popular comfort food that will deliver well and still taste great.  With different chocolate bases, white, milk and dark chocolate, and a range of fruit toppings, the pizzas can be made seasonal or customised. With the addition of Mona Lisa Crispearls and nuts for another layer of texture, the pizzas taste as scrumptious as they look.

Assembling

Combine the flour, yeast and salt in a food mixer using a dough hook
In a separate bowl, mix the oil, milk and water together and gradually add to the flour mixture
Continue to mix until a dough has formed
Knock back the dough until smooth and elastic
Weigh the dough into 3x 235g portions
Cover the dough and set aside for 20 minutes
On a slightly floured surface, roll the dough into a 9-inch circle
Place on a floured tray and gently create a few fork marks in the base
Cook the dough at 200°C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
Now it’s time to decorate!
Depending on your chosen flavour spread the base chocolate over dough and pipe some lines of chocolate in your chosen pattern
Finish by adding the fresh fruit and decorations
Your now ready to serve!
