200g cowberry 80g granulated sugar 3g NH pectin	Mix all ingredients to make a marmalade. Cool down.

170g cream 31% 30g buckwheat honey 200g GIM-P1PLAIS-LN	Mix and boil cream and buckwheat honey. Pour onto Cacao Barry chocolate.

100g granulated sugar 100g glucose syrup 100g raspberry puree 100g balsamic vinegar 10g sorbitol	Caramelise granulated sugar and glucose syrup. Add rest of ingredients. Reduce and cool down.
