A good chocolate milkshake is a staple offering. This recipe features Callebaut’s gold chocolate callets mixed with apricot creating a delicious dessert. Make this dessert even more special by topping it with Mona Lisa crisp pearls, blossoms and shavings.

35g CHK-R30GOLD 90g apricot puree 150ml milk	Melt the gold chocolate together with 50ml of milk and mix until smooth In a food processor blitz, all the ingredients together Decorate a large glass with caramel drizzle Pour the drink into the decorated glass Add whipped cream and toppings galore! Toppings: Caramel sauce, Pencils, Crisp pearls, Blossoms, Shavings
