Speculoos Hot Chocolate

The 811 dark chocolate makes a really indulgent hot chocolate and it pairs beautifully with the lotus biscuit.

Hot Chocolate

Ingredients Preparation
  • 20g
    Lotus Spread

Place the milk into the stainless steel jug add in the lotus biscuit and 811 dark chocolate.

Steam to 70c.

  • 50g
    whipped cream

Pour into a glass, top with vegan whipped cream.

Decorate with the dark blossoms and lotus biscuits.
