Halloween Cookies

The Black cocoa powder work so well for any halloween project.

Halloween Scary Eyed Cookies

Ingredients Preparation
  • 121g
    caster sugar
  • 152g
  • 152g
    dark brown sugar

Beat the sugars with the butter.

  • 61g
    whole eggs

Add the egg and beat.

  • 255g
    self-raising flour

Add the flour and cocoa powder.

Add the Callebaut orange Chocolate Callets.

Weight and seperate into 70g balls.

Flatten slightlty and place onto a silicon cookie matt on a baking tray and bake for 9-10 minutes at 170c.


Ingredients Preparation

When the cookies are cool, temper the orange chocolate and drizzle on top and stight away placing on 4-5 chocolate eyes on each cookies stuck to the drizzle.
