Halloween Cookies
The Black cocoa powder work so well for any halloween project.

Halloween Scary Eyed Cookies

Beat the sugars with the butter. |

Add the egg and beat. |
|
Add the flour and cocoa powder. |
|
Add the Callebaut orange Chocolate Callets. |
Weight and seperate into 70g balls. |
|
Flatten slightlty and place onto a silicon cookie matt on a baking tray and bake for 9-10 minutes at 170c. |

When the cookies are cool, temper the orange chocolate and drizzle on top and stight away placing on 4-5 chocolate eyes on each cookies stuck to the drizzle. |
