This is a very fruity hot chocolate. A real pick-me-up.

Berry Acai

ingredients preparation
  • 7g
    Acai Powder
  • g
    strawberry puree
  • 200ml
    Barista whole milk
  • g
    VM-54621-V99

Place the milk, Ruby powder and acai powder into a stainless steel jug and steam to 70c.

Pour into a glass and decorate with whipped cream.

Decorate the cream with Ruby crisp pearls, Scarlet metallic flakes and marbled pencils.
