This is a very fruity hot chocolate. A real pick-me-up.

Berry Acai

Place the milk, Ruby powder and acai powder into a stainless steel jug and steam to 70c. |
Pour into a glass and decorate with whipped cream. |

Decorate the cream with Ruby crisp pearls, Scarlet metallic flakes and marbled pencils. |
