How to create
  • Create a variation on blackforest cake, yet in a white rendition: use almond sponge, white chocolate mousse and a cherry crémeux.
  • Finish with a white glaze colored with Power Flowers™ White.
  • Pipe dots of chantilly on top, using a piping bag with corrugated piping nozzle.
  • Finish with small White Chocolate Snowflakes.
