Olivier Delaunay, COO
Olivier Delaunay was appointed Chief Operations Officer and member of the Executive Committee effective September 1, 2019.
He joined Barry Callebaut in 2012 as Vice President OSCO (Operations and Supply Chain Organization) for Barry Callebaut’s largest Region EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). He previously worked for the Group from 1987 to 1994: from 1987 to 1990 as Maintenance Manager at SIC Cacaos, the company’s subsidiary in Cameroon, then from 1990 to 1994 as Project Manager in France, the Netherlands and the United States.
Before returning to Barry Callebaut in 2012, Olivier Delaunay worked at Danone and Mondelez in different operation and supply chain roles.
Olivier Delaunay holds a Master of Mechanical Engineering from ICAM in Lille, France, and is certified non-executive Director from INSEAD.
