For the perfect brownie, use Great British Chocolate and a recipe honed to perfection. Simply put, your customers won't be able to have just one!

Chocolate brownie

ingredients preparation
  • 185g
    salted butter
  • 185g
    CHD-P55SA

Melt gently together. Cool to 30°C.

  • 100g
    plain flour
  • 40g
    cocoa powder

Sieve together.

  • 3piece(s)
    large egg(s)
  • 275g
    caster sugar

Whisk together to form a thick white foam.

Fold in the cooled chocolate mixture.

Fold in the sieved flours.

Pour into a lined 20cm cake tin and bake at 160°C for 25 minutes. Cool in the tin, then cut and serve.
