White chocolate and cranberry cookies

Recipe

ingredients	preparation
125g butter 100g light brown sugar 125g caster sugar	Gently mix together on a machine the sugars with the butter until light and creamy.
225g self-raising flour	Add in the flour.
50g Cranberries 50g ground toasted almonds 125g CHW-Q27SA	Add in the cranberries, roasted crushed almonds and white chocolate.
50g eggs	Lastly add the egg to form a dough. Roll into balls and bake at 180°C for 12 minutes.
